My journey with fitness has been just that.

It first started when I was in university (perhaps around 2007, 2008). I weighed around 132lbs, which at my 5’7″ height was completely healthy; however, I felt soo fat!

I would walk for hours a day; I would research how to lose weight. Walking wasn’t cutting it; I knew I had to join the gym.

I remember walking to the gym. It had a very large window where you could see dozens of people working out. I was so intimidated, I didn’t even stop; I just continued walking. I was so upset!

But I was determined to lose weight. I ended up going again, and nothing would stop me from signing up!

I would go several times a week for at least 1.5-2hrs a time. I didn’t lose weight (in fact, later down the line, what did help me lose weight were certain pills (alongside the gym), but that’s another story).

I would join the gym several times throughout the years.

In November 2025, I joined an online fitness company that offers daily fitness classes.

In April 2026, I joined a company where you can learn to do the splits (both front and box).

I’ve gained a lot of weight due to medication I’m on.
