Well… as the title of this post says, I had my second Horton Technique class with M-Intensive! My fourth Horton Technique class overall. Last week was a Graham class. I signed up to it the day before (as they state you should), but one hour beforehand, I was just soo tired, so I cancelled it. I’m hoping to attend a Graham class next week. I’ll let you know how it goes!

So, the class went… hmmm… well, 30 minutes in I was completely exhausted! It must be this heatwave we’re currently in because I didn’t feel like this two weeks ago. I desperately wanted to write in Zoom messages that I was going to leave, but knowing it was being recorded for all members to see, I didn’t want to interrupt the class. I would sit down now and then for like ten seconds each because he would move on to the next thing. I would bend over with my hands on my knees. But despite this horror, I made it through to the end!

I actually preferred this class. There were more shorter sequences, meaning the long sequence at the end wasn’t as long as the one we did two weeks ago. It made it easier to remember (though I didn’t do great), and I would’ve been FINISHED had I had to keep performing a long sequence over and over again!
